Emulo al sol saldrá del cielo Hesperio,
un rayo de las armas y cometa
que con agüero de feliz cometa
al Asia librará de cautiverio.

Y revelando al mundo el gran misterio
verá el levante ocasos de su seta;
uno el ovil, una la ley perfeta,
habrá un solo pastor y un solo imperio.

Y la hidra inhumana que no pudo
ver extinta con fuego, ni cortada
el celo y el valor de sus abuelos,

al resplandor del soberano escudo,
muerta caerá de miedo de la espada
que con filos de fe templan los cielos.
