Espumoso Caballo, en quien procura
ser señal, como Estrella, el Norte frío,
carreras se le imponen a tu brío,
y Pasos se le miden a tu altura.

Formidable Relincho, es tu voz dura,
tienes como extendido señorío,
una torcida Crin en cada Río,
y en cada fuerte Puerto, una Herradura.

Haces mil caracoles de contino,
paras fiel a la calma, que te enfrena,
y pifas lo que abate tu camino.

Pícate Espuela, el Aire que te llena,
el Hombre te inventó, Silla de pino,
y Dios te señaló, Freno de Arena.
