- XII - A Fernando de Soria Galvarro

En el secreto de la noche suelo,
Sorino, contemplar las luces bellas,
y mudo platicar así con ellas,
porque envidioso no me estorbe el suelo:
«Ya, ya, soberbios astros, vuestro cielo
Flora pisa inmortal con firmes huellas;
ya, eternamente hermosa, pisa estrellas;
y ¡cuál sin ella yo! más cese el duelo.
Tú fuiste, Flora, y vos, que la robaste,
divinas luces, para mí inhumanas,
pues solo y vida y seso me dejaste.
Mas, porque tú no toda mueras, Flora,
ni en las miserias vivas toda humanas,
viva yo y pene, y tú los cielos mora.»
