de sacra diosa con la sacra mano,
que por virtud, si no por años, cano
darás a España gloria floreciente.

Desempeñe tu pecho heroicamente
del talento la fe, y el soberano
obsequio que a tu nombre no da en vano
el uniforme aplauso de la gente.

Logra y logre por ti la blanca Astrea,
no sólo incorruptible el terso acero,
sino el neutro nivel de su balanza.

Querrán los cielos que tu nombre sea
al de Numas y Néstores primero,
mi fe desempeñando y tu esperanza.
